Unfortunately, we are not currently able to edit existing orders or subscriptions, so you will have to place a new order with the desired box you would like delivered.
You can cancel your subscription (if you have one) on your online account by completing the following steps.
- Log into your account by clicking 'Sign in', in the top right hand corner.
- A box appears on the right hand side.
- Click where it says 'Subscriptions' and then you then choose 'Cancel subscription'.
Note that this doesn't automatically refund orders that have already been generated - for that you will need to email our customer services team on veg-box-orders@palegreendot.co.uk.
