For whatever reason, a subscription automatic recurring payment has failed. 

This might be due to insufficient funds, or due to a card being blocked for fraudulent activity, or other payment system failures. Our payment provider will automatically retry 5 days later, and if a second failure occurs, another time 10 days later.


We encourage you to change your payment method if you're not sure the payment will go through. To do this, you must attach the new payment method to the applicable subscriptions in the account.

  • In your account, click into "Subscriptions",
  • Click each applicable subscription,
  • Click into "Payment method"
  • And "update payment method" 
  • Add your payment details here.


This will associate your payment method with the subscription and ensure the payment goes through.


Note that if you only add a new payment method to your account, it won't automatically associate to the subscription. You must take the steps above to successfully reactivate the subscription.
